AT 180 double spindle Tenoning Machine

DESCRIPTION

	Thick-walled heavily ribbed machine body with largely sized and ground cast-iron columns and slideways.
	Hardened and ground steel sliding table slideway.
	The tenoning table slides linearly by means of balls fitted on dustproof runners.
	350 x 900 mm working table with a tilting fence and an aluminium fence which can be extended up to 3000 mm and is equipped with collapsible settings.
	Horizontal and vertical adjustment of tools with an easy to read numeric decimal display.
	Each spindle of the machine is driven by an independent motor .
	Each spindle is equipped with a dust outlet.
	The machine is encased completely and the guard casings of the tools are equipped with pneumatic opening.
	On request: automatic feed of sliding table with electronic speed adjustment from 2 to 30 m/minute.
	On request: spindle with pneumatic vertical positioning (2/3 positions).
	On request: second or third spindle.
