AT 150/S4 4 spindle Tenonig Machine

DESCRIPTION

	Exceptionally sturdy and stable, this machine consists of a thick-walled heavily ribbed machine body and of a cast-iron slideway.
	Hardened and ground steel sliding table slideway.
	The tenoning table slides linearly by means of balls fitted on dustproof runners.
	350 x 900 mm working table with a tilting fence and an aluminium fence which can be extended up to 3000 mm and is equipped with collapsible settings.
	Horizontal and vertical adjustment of all the spindles with control on the front side of the machine outside the guard casing.
	Horizontal and vertical adjustment of tools equipped with an easy to read numeric decimal display.
	Each spindle of the machine is driven by a direct independent motor .
	Each spindle is equipped with a dust outlet.
	The machine is encased completely and the guard casings of the tools are equipped with pneumatic opening.
	On request: automatic feed of sliding table with electronic speed adjustment from 2 to 30 m/minute.
	On request: spindle with pneumatic vertical positioning (2/3 positions).
	On request: second or third spindle.
