GUARANTEE
COLOMBO ANGELO E FIGLI s.r.l. grant their guarantee on the mecha- nical machine parts against faulty construction for a period of 1 year after the delivery date of the machine.
The guarantee is limited to the obligation to repair or replace free of charge any parts that prove to be faulty.
It is understood that in all cases the guarantee does not entitle the customer to any refund for damages, interruption of work or any indirect damage caused to persons or things.
All parts to be replaced must be sent on the freight-prepaid basis to our works at S.Giorgio su Legnano. The parts, which are spoilt by inexpert handling of the operator, by deterioration due to insufficient lubrication or by normal wear, will not be replaced under guarantee.
TECHNICAL SERVICE
Except for guarantee events, all technical servicing is completely at the dealer's charge.
Any requests for COLOMBO's intervention must be accompanied by the following:
- Report drawn up by distributor's technician with description of the fault encountered and the remedy steps carried out by him
- List of any spare parts needed
- Machine model, serial number and delivery date of the machine to be re- paired.
