The new working center for windows AF100L is placed on the top of the new range presented by Colombo Angelo & Figli srl.
The experience and the expertise matured during 60 years of work has been transferred in this new CNC working center.

The AF100L can manage all types of window working like drilling, milling, tenoning and internal/external profiling of windows pieces for shutter and frame, with straight and arched working.
Furthermore, there is the possibility to manage single and combined components by using an integrated router table, supplied as an option.
The machine management is very easy both from the machine and the office.
The work to execute can be programmed also by using a barcode reader.
Thanks to a precise program structure, this machine can work without a pre-processor.

The machine is composed by two beams where are installed the electro-spindles, by which are executed the tenoning, profiling and drilling workings.
The working table permits to work several pieces at the same time and the tool-stocks with 40 or 80 positions ensure the execution of different frame types without time loss due to the tool-changing.
The big box reduces the noise and the dust emitted during the working cycles.
It's possible to assemble a routing table to do other different works (look the video).

The AF100L adapts itself to every requirement: the working direction, the motors configuration and the piece length can be studied according to every specific need.

Accuracy: minimum tolerances take care of a maximum result. The wood is clamped firmly into the AF 100/L and stays fixed until all the work has been done.

Optimal aspiration: using left and right dust shields mounted directly behind the tools the chips are brought to the dust hoods in the best possible way.
